Buffalo Eats started in 2018 when Moe, a Buffalo native who couldn’t find the flavors he grew up on, decided to bring that taste home to Charlotte. What started as one spot with wings, cheesesteaks, and fries people couldn’t stop talking about has now grown into a movement.
