Buffalo Eatz Loyalty Card – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Buffalo Eatz Loyalty Program (“Program”). By participating in this Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities as a participant. Buffalo Eatz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice.

1. Eligibility

The Buffalo Eatz Loyalty Card is available to individual customers who make in-store purchases at participating Buffalo Eatz locations. Participation is voluntary, and by signing up or using the card, you agree to these Terms and all future updates.

2. Earning Stamps

Customers will receive one (1) stamp per visit when they make a qualifying purchase totaling $15 or more before taxes, tips, or discounts.
Only one stamp may be earned per visit, regardless of the total amount spent beyond $15.
Stamps are added to the digital or physical loyalty card at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively.

3. Redeeming Rewards

Upon collecting six (6) stamps, the customer is eligible to redeem one (1) free Small Cheesesteak.
Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
Rewards may only be redeemed in-store and cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or special offers.

4. Card Expiration

Loyalty cards and all associated stamps and rewards do not expire. Buffalo Eatz reserves the right to discontinue or replace the Program at any time with reasonable notice to customers.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Unauthorized Use

Buffalo Eatz is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of loyalty cards, whether physical or digital.
Stamps and rewards cannot be exchanged, replaced, refunded, or purchased for cash under any circumstances.

6. Non-Transferability

Loyalty cards are issued to individual customers and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other cards or customer accounts.
Attempts to manipulate or combine accounts may result in forfeiture of all stamps and rewards.

7. Program Modifications

Buffalo Eatz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, suspend, or terminate any part of the Loyalty Program at any time, including but not limited to stamp values, redemption offers, or eligibility requirements.
Any such changes will be reflected on the official Buffalo Eatz website.

8. Fraud or Misuse

Any fraudulent activity or abuse of the Program, including but not limited to falsifying purchase amounts, attempting to redeem rewards without proper qualification, or misrepresenting identity, may result in permanent removal from the Program and loss of all accumulated stamps and rewards.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Buffalo Eatz reserves the right to refuse service or program participation to any customer at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse of the Loyalty Program or violation of these Terms.

10. Privacy Policy

Customer information collected through participation in the Loyalty Program will be handled in accordance with the Buffalo Eatz Privacy Policy. Information may be used for internal marketing, communication, and reward tracking purposes. Buffalo Eatz does not sell or share personal information with third parties without consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Buffalo Eatz, its employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Loyalty Program.
Participation is at the customer’s own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for, using, or continuing to use your Buffalo Eatz Loyalty Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
